I measured it, laying flat, unstretched.
Bust: 14" across
waist area: 16" across
hip area: 17" across
I hope this helps!
Also, the back looks like a bra strap, WITH NO HOOKS, and is backless down to the lace skirt.
It is also mesh like and semi sheer.
