Preparation: Before you apply the Kinoki Foot Pads, Wash your feet with soap and water and dry them thoroughly before sticking them on. If you don't dry your feet completely, the adhesive may not be able to stick properly and fall off in the night. Peel the backing off the Foot Pads. It's best to apply them in bed so that you're not walking around with them on.
Application: Apply the Foot Pads to your feet by sticking them, adhesive side up, to the soles of your feet. Try to center them. After applying them, all you need to do is go to sleep and let them do their work of removing toxins out of your body through the glands on the soles of your feet. If you only want to wear one at a time each night, just alternate which foot you apply it to each night. In the morning, remove the Foot Pads and discard. You cannot reuse the pads.
General Information
According to the makers of Foot Pads, you should begin to see a difference, as manifested by a lightening of the pad each time you use it. Your first time, the pads should appear almost black when you remove them from your feet. Each subsequent use should yield lighter results. When that occurs, you can go from using the pads every day, to using them only twice per week. You should feel more energized, with a great sense of health and well being, if the claims made by the makers of the Foot Pads are to be believed. In the end, only you can decide whether Foot Pads are beneficial or not.
