Approx. 2"x2" in size. I am not going to say it's antique because I do not know. I got it at an Estate Auction. It shows a little wear. My date on my camera was not set correctly. This is a current photo. Beautiful Purple Gem, looks to have been reset, is missing a bead and stone on the left side, very minor, can be replaced.
This elegant very unusual piece will be a welcome addition to any of your casual or formal attire.

Hey hon, love this brooch! Great idea too about telling them to say it's thier family crest. LOL I have a new aucton I'd like to put on here, okay?
