The back of this plate says; A Protective Embrace Plate number B9441 in the limited edition of "A Protective Embrace" by wildlife painter Yin-Rei-Micks. Fourth Issue in the " Signs Of Love" collection, made exclusively for River Shore, and issued under the sponsorship of The Wildlife Society of Washington DC Edition firing schedule strictly limited to one hundred days. Bradex Number 84-R69-2.4 The date on the shipping info on the box is Feb. 83' These were shipped to someone in Florida and somehow ended up in Ohio.. finding out the story behind them would be interesting too. I have both plates listed they were together.
