This coin has been graded by NGC at Fair but with details attached.
I do not know what was used to attempt to clean this coin, but it does not look to be cleaned by any of the "Tells" that are associated with a cleaning. It would not be a good idea to remove this coin from the Slab it is in, for the Fair grade still stands and puts this coins worth at $190.00.
