This is NEW and in package. Sale price on box is $9.99. It SAYS for men..but hey...I seriously doubt there is any difference in the wax, right?

UPDATE****
I will offer free shipping when the bidding reaches 200 credits under the following conditions:
I will remove the strips from the box and ship in a regular envelope, along with the instructions.
If you want them shipping in the box, shipping will still be $1.95, because that's what USPS will charge me
