What would you say the weight of this plaque is? Could you weigh it to make sure it doesn't go over 13 oz restriction? Thanks for showing and hopefully this will be free shipping. God bless.

It will be free shipping regardless of its weight. The only way I'd charge shipping for it is if you got several items that went over the limit. Since more of my stuff is jewelry, that would mean winning a LOT of auctions.. :))
