I was Born in Africa and after 14 years immigrated to America my grandma gave these family recipes to my mother and my mother has passed it down to me! I always feel at home when i make something from this! These are pretty easy recipes and they all taste delicious. I can guarantee that you will enjoy them! Bring Africa into your kitchen! :D

most of them are all meat dishes but you don't have to add meat! My niece is a vegetarian and she loves it!! Thanks for your comment!!! :D
