Hello! This is a very cute bright red sweater shrug I bought from Japan in winter! I only tried it once at home! Its size is medium but since Japanese sizing are most of the time smaller so I would say this is a small! Maybe a little bigger than small! I couldn't squeeze the whole neckline measurement in the last picture but it's around 34 centimeter! :)
