there is no city stamped on it. its has a little wight to it and it is in nice condition it does have a pin on it to pin it to u and it is 2/12 by 1inch 1/2. and im sorry about the picture i dont have a camera to put another one up i used my daughters camera and she is gone on vacation right now..
