We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in the mail, we are sorry that we need to make rules like this but we have ran into people who have not been so honest and have tried to cheat us on the item we sent and credit's that they paid.

Please wait for 3 to 4 weeks for your item to arrive, especially if you need to send me money for shipping. If it is free shipping, I only mail out items every 10 days. I have things that are far more important than going to the post office several times a week. I'm sorry if you think this might be unfair, but it does cost me money for gas to drive there. wow nice i love the color and and love your rules i should start having rules too cause i been loosing my credits by people that claims that they never got the item and they do but oh well good idea !!!

Thank you, my started using the rules, my son has his own account and my daughter uses them too. Plus when I go to the post office I receive a print out that shows all the information including the City, State and Zip code. That way I have proof of the time, date and place that the item was shipped to. That way people can't come back and claim they never received it. I will have more ipod cases in about two weeks to list. Thanks for looking.
