This is a very cute head scarf. It is in excellent condition. No Holes, Tears or Snags.

Not sure of the fabric, but it is shiny....It is not a stretchy fabric.

This scarf has an elastic band that is sewn to the scarf that secures it in place.

This belonged to my granddaughter and I don't even think she ever wore it. You know how teenagers are....Like it one minute and not the next.
