No they have been cleared. You have to call boost to activate them.

just went throught same thing today with 2 other card it cost 10 dollars a piece to active

i heard that in some areas there is a 9.99 activation fee, but i'm not sure if it's that way everywhere. call boost and find out what it is in your area.

a little more research by calling boost shows that there is a 9.99 charge to activate in my area
