haven't the faintest idea as I have never used it. Kind of doubt it though as the flame cimes out the barrel and there is no deflection to protect it from any wind

This is so cute! I especialy like thst ot is pink and that it is a key chain as well. I hsve a tendacy of looding lighters daily lol.
