This cute, light-weight top is a beautiful shade of pink with light ruffling on the sleeves and hem. The collar also has a nice unique design to it. Practically brand new. I am not sure if this has even been worn before. Size 3x

I would say yes that it is true to size because the style is a lil flowy for a little bit of a looser look
