This is a fantastic (possibly vintage 1960's) Princess Charming By Atlas Rattan Shell Handbag. It’s made of a plastic coated basket weave wicker and has Lucite handles trimmed in gold-tone metal accents.
Has a shell (some purple scalloped shells) arrangement under clear vinyl (that you can keep wiped clean) on the front. Turnlock Closure, 4 metal feet on bottom with trimmed vinyl. Opens to beige & brown pliable vinyl compartment. One open pocket on one side & zipper pocket in the middle.

I have seen a few but the ones I seen are all different styles. Some with sea side look, others with animal themes :)
