Plus size ladies "j6" as tagged green shorts- we'd say womens 22/24 or 3x...elastic waist band up to 48" around and 14" length, wide short cuff for comfort. they are cotton and some spandex, tagged jade green. not new but cute and ready to wear for summer

Are these a cotton cotton or cotton sweat pant material. Also i assume that the "up to 48" around" is the waist stretched out. Also the measurement for the bottom of the leg?

Not sweatpant material, this is a loose blend cotton. Bottom of leg I dont have measurements, will try to remember to get that - Yes as the garment is stretchy it would be comfortable up to 48" inches around the waist.
