Hello everyone! This is my last auction unfortunately. This bracelet is a Figaro and has Italy .925 stamped. Just a few last words. For those of you that do not know me please check out my past auctions to see that I have had some very nice 100% satisfaction/feedback auctions on this site and am not just talking crap.
Just wanted Listia and the good users here to know before I never use this site again: Thanks for making everyone's credits worth less by changing there value without telling myself or anyone else for that matter (what a scam), also for letting that guy keep my netbook and refunding him his credits as well as me having to pay shipping costs, with no reason as to why. What a horrid site. Thanks but no thanks. And as for all the scamming that goes on by users you do nothing about and could easily fix the problem wow. What a joke this has been after I put so much energy into this site. I will not recommend this to anyone and will be taking some good user's with me. Know just where you're coming from! Lately I've had nothing but problems! Right now I'm getting rid of all my credits and that's it for me. Had enough with the rip-off artists and the folks who wouldn't be happy if you kissed their butts!!

Yes when I first joined it was a nice site. All of the sudden it was filled with scams. Not sure what happened. Among other issues.

maybe just maybe listia mods will read your auction and change alot of things on here
i have gotten scammed so many times here too
it takes a month when you file a claim to get your credits back, your credits are released to the NEW sellers within 10 days and they can use them and then what...
maybe if everyone on here sent them support tickets they might listen
I don't like the newest either of where the new seller can charge whatever credits they want..what is that about? crazy
I will be watching and bidding...hopefully the scammers wont own this site. if listia doesnt change they will

Actually if you take the time to look at what all the mods have been trying to do, it isn't that easy. they go through hundreds of auctions daily to weed out the bad ones, I have seen a lot deleted. they have rules to follow too like giving people the benefit of the doubt, if they don't have a description or enough info, the mods have to ask for it and give them time to respond before they delete the auction, don't know if you have ran across any auctions where the mods requested more info or anything. Then they have the problem trying to prove users underage if they believe it to be true or if someone sends a support ticket like I have in the past. They have to have hard evidence of that, can't go by a profile picture because some people put up their pics of their children. Then you have the duplicate accounts that mods try to find to get rid of.. I have been a seller both here and ebay, I have had to open many claims in ebay for not getting my items as well. So basically you're going to run into the same over there. As for nice people?? I have ran into some very rude people over there as well, but since listing on Listia, I have met enough nice and honest people to make up for the rude ignorant ones.

What about the netbook I put on here? The guy won it. Said it didn't work when I showed on auction with Listia on screen and my user profile on laptop in background? They ended up refunding him his credits and letting him keep my netbook. I paid for shipping with dc as well. uggh

I hate to hear that you are leaving... BUT... Ebay did the same stupid crap to me twice that is why I am here. All I can say is... it sounds like you are a nice, awesome, and great person don't let these people let you go stick around here and figure out a way to get back at them. It is like you are giving up way to easy I see a lot of people on here that talk, look and seem like doodoo and if you go and take some good people with you all that will be left is doodoo! Thank you so much. I just feel Listia did not do me right. I lost a netbook and had to ship it, credits were refunded to guy when he never returned item. Listia changed value of credits by lowering cost of credits without compensating in credits. Sounds like the Government in a sense. Why are all these brand new user scam auctions aloud? Find a way to regulate it Listia! Sorry for ranting. Good luck to you to!

Good luck with your auction! Very nice:) I totally understand how you feel. I have only been on here for about 3 months but I have been scammed and lied to by multiple people. People are always trying to find a way to get free things even on a site where everything is free! I sold on ebay for a year before I discovered Listia and had no problems with any of my buyer on there. I have one auction left and once it has ended I will use my credits and take a very long time off from here. Hopefully this site will get its act together when/ if I decied to come back. I am sorry I have not run into on this site before, but like others I know what you are going thru. Several times I have gotten upset and my husband tells me why i put up with it. I have threatened to leave, but then I stay and all is well for quite a while. Anyway, I know many are sad to see you leave and I hope you do well in your future endeavors. Well in your magnifying glass you should be able to see .925 and Italy which it has on it. Nothing says "silver" on it. Good luck to you.

I hate to see you leaving.....I understand your frustration and aggravation, though. I would be SO mad if they had done that to me. I know that I seem to be running in to some scammers on this site, too. Win an auction, they take the credits and the item never arrives---but they did refund my credits and it took less than 24 hours for them to do it. On the other hand, I'm having to wait for credit refund for a totally different auction that I never got. Both auctions were new users. Makes you afraid to bid and win on a new users' auction--and I'm relatively new to Listia, myself. That's really not fair to the rest of the new ones who are honest about everything. I understand your sentiment as I am getting tired of being screwed over by sellers when I use my credits to by something with free shipping. I don't know why it keeps happening to me but 75% of the stuff I have won on this site with free shipping. I end up having to pay a postage due. I really wish people would weigh what they are sending and make sure enough postage is attached to it.

It seems just a tad bit odd that just as many are trying to be frugal because of the economy, that Listia starts to artificially create inflation of credits on its site. First raising the limit on the starting bid, then selling stuff like cars for millions of credits in its "rewards" store. As example, fashion jewelry used to be reasonable at auction, now even that has a huge starting bid as if it were precious metal. Everybody is catching the greed fever and playing right into Listias hands. Generally I don't enjoy sites where the atmosphere is one of people thinking they're "all that" so I find myself coming here less and less.
