This is a kit that is 'sequin art" create dazzling sequin designs in a few hours. you fold the chart back one row at a time and glue sequin in place. fun for any one even young ones. the kit includes one perforated chart, ample glue, ample sequins, and step by step instructions. this is unopen, so everything is there in the kit but i don't know really how easy it is, it does say that the sequins are washable and can be used on any material. i was going to make a holiday pillow and not put it on a sweatshirt, but you can do it on a sweatshirt.
