The way you describe the listing as 1 large bottle for every 1000 credits and 1 small bottle for every 300 credits means that right now at 2950 there should be two large bottles and 9 small bottles.

Listing it as 1000 for large and 300 for a small means the winner will have a lot of small bottles and a few large bottles. For example, if the winning bid is 5300 credits I'd expect to recieve 5 large bottles (5300/1000 = 5.3333) and about 17 small bottles (5300/300=17.6666), but I believe you'd only send 5 large and one small....Just a little confusing...

I guess a better way to describe it would be for every 1000 credits the winner chooses 1 large bottle and one small bottle for every 300 credits excess of the last 1000 bid. (This matches your most recent description)
