Up for auction is a brand new still in the box ninja action figure. He is brand new but the Box does have wear and tear it. And he does say "batteries included try-me press- button: but nothing happens when you press the button so I'm assuming batteries need changed but I cannot guarantee he will make sounds if batteries are replaced. But even if not he is still a good toy to play with.
