Hi, these go all the way up the leg, so a full size leg warmer basically. The website says they are a one size fits all from infant to tweens (older kids like to wear them on their arms). I put them on my 6 month old and my 2.5 year old and they fit great. My husband just wasn't a fan of them running around without pants on so I never grabbed for them.
