Probably plastic but very good looking if so.

It is very difficult to tell. It looks real, but is probably not. It has a swirly coloration. I've looked at it through a magnifying glass & I just don't know for sure. I'll go with not real.

No, but I have had it almost 40 years. It has a picture of my brother & his daughter in it when she was a baby & she is almost 40.
