Super cute white and pink zebra print flat iron. 11\2inch plates. Works really well heats up to 430°. Hardly used, came with a blow dryer and I already have a flat iron, so I dont need this one.

Im going to say no only because I dont have the original packageing anymore and cant gurentee that it is. But it Is a professional line of equipment so I know its at least ceramic coated like most flat irons.

I guess maybe depending on how curly and coarse the hair is. But using mu professional judgment I going to say no. generally ethnic hair needs something with higher heat
