No - Tibetan silver refers to the location the silver was manufactured more than anything -- in the past it was a specific mixture of metals...now it's not as reliably the same mixture. It also references the antiqued / patina finish that is created in the metal manufacture. I don't know how old this charm is to say which mixture it would be. Tibetan silver *can* be 925, but you will rarely find that--I work with a great deal of 925 silver in my jewelry making and can definitely say this charm isn't 925 just by looking at it.
