buyer didn't send address for 7 days. she threatened she would file a dispute, then i asked her if she wanted me to send it or not, or if i should just refund her. didn't reply for a few more days, so i didn't know whether to send it out or not (i don't want to be without product AND credits). i had to go out of town for a few days (family thing--was gone 2 days with internet, so i did have a chance to check up on things), when i came back, she filed a dispute. said i had kept her stuff for 16 days without communication, and she left me nasty feedback. a lot of buyers on listia try to scam you like this, and it sucks. after 6 years of selling online (2 etsy shops, ebay, listia, yardsellr), this is literally the first negative feedback i have received, EVER (i have received under 10 neutrals total, i believe). very frustratng, what can you do?

bad apples always spoil the cart. definitely think i'm going to be leaving this site. not making what i could be on things i trade for, which sucks. i've gotten some really cool things, but it really sucks, and people are so unforgiving on this site (my mom and sister have had experiences like this before--which is why they no longer use the site). it really sucks, its mostly at my own cost to do this, and people are so demadning. about FREE stuff. i really don't get it!
