This item arrived from Amazon, unsealed in the wrong box. Box has ware.

Even though the figures were never removed by me from their clear plastic encasement, and even though the figures look mint, I'd consider them loose due to it being an unsealed box.

Judging by their paint job. all action figures appear to be mint.
