This DOES NOT COME WITH THE BATTERY PACKS... my grandmother couldn't find the battery packs at any of the stores she went to so she ended up buying a new charging dock with batteries..... so i dont need this... got this off this site.. it work as far as i know. when i plug it in the lights come on green but then go off but that is because there is nothing for it to charge.

Questions & Comments

Does this come with the new backers for the wiimotes? They have a small sensor on the back that touches the gold lines on the charger. There is no way to use this without one. I have this charger and would be interested in having another, but only if the new wiimote backers are included.

the battery pack things that go on the remote??? if that is what u are talking about no this is how i got it from this site....... my gandmother went to get the battery thingys but she couldnt find them so just got a new charger.... i found the backs on amazon.com but she had already got the new charger

I wasn't referring to the battery packs themselves, just the clip on backers that hold a battery pack in. You can't use the unit without the new backers for the wiimote because it won't have contact with the sensor. I'm not sure, maybe we are talking about the same thing, but it seems like you are talking about the batteries...

i got it without the battery packs and backer.... can get them on amazon.com...... my grandmother ended up buying a new charging dock with batteries and back.. so i dont have use for this
