This is a Spring LS670 in perfect working condition. I am a mobile IT tech and it was my backup phone. I will also included a charger.

I have this same phone through Sprint and it is an awesome phone.... It does not have a SIM card though... It has a micro sd card slot but no sim card...does this one have a SIM card that you are listing?

I do not understand "as card". It comes with phone, charger and that is it. Are you talking about a SIM card? The SIM card will come from Verizon when you activate the phone.
