This auction is for DC Comic's Aquaman #1 "In the Shadowy Depths of Atlantis, His Life Will Change Forever" from february 1985.

This comic is in very good condition and will come bagged and boarded.

The great cities flourished over the mighty continent of Atlantis. The fathers of our race brought splendor wherever they went. As humanity crawled from caves, our ancestors thrived in an oasis of civilization. Deep at the Earth's core, twelve mystic crystals were carved by the ancients with a magic that would keep perfect balance and harmony around the globe.

Modern day Earth...New Venice, Florida. Buildings are demolished and civilizations crumble at Orm's hand. In a stunt to prove his superiority over his brother, Arthur (Aquaman), orm summons the rage of the sea to bring the hurt down on Aquaman and his wife, Mera, who desperately tries to save the innocents caught in the undertow.

Meanwhile, war is brewing below the oceans. Now Aquaman must decide if his loyalties lie with the humans suffering above, or with his fellow Atlantians below.
