The listing, 925 Tiffany & Co Earrings has ended.

On auction are 2 pairs of earrings marked 925. In excellent condition. One pair is studs in the shape of a heart and the other pair are heart shaped also and have shepard hooks. Both pair of earrings have "Please return to Tiffany & Co New York" written on them and stamped 925. Tiffany and Co and 925 is stamped on the back of the earrings as well. I never wore these earrings but please use an alcohol wash on them before wearing to get dust particles off of them.

a lot of the return to Tiffany items are marked 925 but turn out to be fake

Not sure. I won them from Listia but never wore them. I dont have anything here to test them with. Just saying what is on them.
