The listing, Pearl Necklace has ended.

Pearl necklace 24 in long unclasped, was given to me about 12 yrs ago by a patients daughter when she passed away and she was well into her 80's then has sentamental value but it just sits in a box , i would rather someone enjoyed wearing it as I'm sure Beulah would too: )

You can tell if they are real or not if you rub them against your teeth. When you rub them against your teeth..Real pearls gives off a a loud rough grinding scrubbing sound and they feel gritty and rough against your teeth. Fake pearl sounds and feels smooth against your teeth.

yes i know that thats why sid they weren"t real & didn't want to mislead anyone but ty for taking the time to try & help me , also if the pearls are all uniformly shaped they're not real

I don't know about them being fake if they are uniformly in size! I thought you can still have great real pearls that are alike...hand picked and strung together. But I don't know. I think that is something I want to find out about. When I do I'll let you know!

well I hope for everyones they are real , I took care of this woman for several yrs & when she passed , daughter gave them to me as a token of appreciation & rememberence but nt being the pearl wearing type I decided to auction them to someone who actually wear them Beulah would have wanted that , she was a very sweet lady & believe you me , I cried like a baby when she passed but they're not doing anyone any good she passed over 10 yrs ago & was in her 80's then
