Gotta love the gold, brown, and orange plaid..with the silver metallic stripes running through it! By Xhilaration, it features a large attached bow on the front of the bodice, which is self lined with side stays. The back of the bodice has elastisized ruching. Adjustable shoulder straps. Empire waist styling, with a fuller skirt that falls above the knee. 97% cotton, 2% spandex, 1% metallic-machine washable. Size is XXL...will fit a 1X or 2X.

The back stretches quite a bit..I am a 42 D and it fits fine..

Yes I think it could! With the elastized back it would be easy to either take it in at the side seams...or run a seam down the middle of the back. (the colors really grabbed me too!)
