Information such as make, model number, condition, any known issues and any other specific details particular to your item will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. I found a place on line that seems to have the install pack. If you win it just type in web cam and the description given above and it will pull up severral links that says it can install it.

I'm not sure if there is another attachment that causes audio but when I used it it had audio. I don't remember if I had to connect it to something else or not
