I have own this ring, but it doesn't date 1841 unfortunnately.
The craftman-not jeweler- used foundry raw material, then cremation to paint it in silver color, that never passed, only inside, because of the sweat. The technic used dates from early 1900's, so you really bid on Antiques. The face shows Napoléon the third, crowend and it is written:
Napoléon III Empereur
It is as well section steel and copper alliage: weight circa 40grms, that you watch,

I've had the forger (it s not a mistake in translation) quadra or sign of belle époque to make of his ring a precious metal one _and also the marks inside-. Good job from google helped me for ring size, it is 13
