The listing, 1 postage stamp “Masha and the Bear” and 2 stamps “World Post Day” 2019 has ended.
"Masha and the Bear" is the first Russian animated series to speak the same language with children and adults all over the world, talking about the friendship of the little girl Masha and the former circus artist Bear.
October 9 is World Post Day. On this day in 1874, the main international postal organization, the Universal Postal Union (UPU), was founded. At the XVI Congress of the UPU, held in Tokyo in 1969, it was decided to mark this date as World Post Day. Today, 192 postal administrations, which are part of the UPU, form a single postal space and the largest physical network for the processing and delivery of about 430 billion postal items to all corners of the globe.
The 2 stamp used symbols for the 50th anniversary of World Post Day.
