It's from a Toshiba Satellite.

On the back side of the screen you can see one or several labels with numbers. 99% of the screens on the market today have manufacturer's code and screen size included in the model number. For example, screen model number LTN154X3 means that the screen is manufactured by Samsung and this screen's diagonal size is 15.4-inch.

Samsung is in alot of laptops and is usually made universal. But Please check your old one first to make sure. I know you didn't want a speech but i thought this would help with anyone else would might have a question.
