just clarify...this is a prepaid phone through paylo or government assistance phones ( virgin moblie). it DOES NOT have wi fi or bluetooth (well it has bluetooth but it doesnt connect to any other bluetooth electronics) it connects to the internet by its own browser if prepaid. i own this phone, it has very little capabilities no videos, slow internet access, you cant hook it to your computer because it only charges... you can take pictures but you must pay to upload them to your email..must pay for all ringtones, apps etc....Evn with what it is lacking it is a wonderful phone for texting and phone calls :) i will be bidding only because i dropped mine in the water :((( thanks for listing. it can only be used with virgin mobile..that is why it kinda sucks :( but either way it is still an okay phone..i was going to upgrade but just find this one soooo easy to use for texting :) which is my life anymore...who really needs to talk right..lol..good luck on your auction..hope i win anyways..tee hee ;D also, if you look at the top of the phone it is clearly stamped (somewhere) virgin mobile :( and to do a factory reset is fairly easy but you will need to know what you are doing (have done this twice) if someone else wins they can message me and i can help them out..otherwise you will have to have the esn cleared and put into your name through virgin mobile. hope this helps :))))

I'm not sure, i bought the phone last yr, you might be able to either plan, i had just used it for texting at the time, 20$ a month thats all i could afford at that time, but it may be able to switch to beyond talk as well
