This ring was handmade by me, using a simple adjustable ring base and a clear piece of glass onto which I have adhered a real piece of vintage US postage, a stamp called a precancel, which was marked by the US Postal Service with the name of a specific city or town. I applied black paper behind the postage stamp (and a varnish) before securely attaching the antiqued copper adjustable ring.

The piece of glass measures approximately 3/4 inch wide. Although my ring cabochons are varnished on the back, they should not be considered waterproof. Please do not wear them in a pool or shower, etc.
