Thanks, red! It's nice to get nice and supportive comments!!! I certainly don't mind shipping little stuff for free. But heavier items are rather costly. I'm in remission from ovarian cancer. I'm paying medical bills out the yin-yang! I'm on a VERY tight budget, and I have three teenagers of my own, and two that we took in recently( and we receive no foster pay or get any help at all for them). Not that I'm complaining about THAT! I see I'm not the only one who has low shipping charges and yet there are still those who try to get us to do FREE SHIPPING when they are getting an awesome item for FREE and that isn't good enough for them. They have to try to get shipping for nothing too, and it is even more unbelievable when I see what you are charging for shipping and I KNOW you are paying WAY MORE THAN THAT OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET.
I really love your honest answers go people and I too just can no longer afford to Free Ship everything. I have shipping on some very expensive items at $1.64 and STILL, THEY ASK FOR FREE SHIPPING. Sorry, each item would have to go over 3000 each to ship free. I'm in remission from cancer, and just can't afford to ship things that won't weigh in under 13 oz for first class mail. Listia is a fun hobby, but it's not worth costing me more than I put in it. I'm on a tight budget!
