It's ok..we were all new at one point in time :-). You have to log onto the website from your computer or phone ( you can't do it on the app) then on the "my listia" homepage you will scroll down and find the "account settings"box on the left bottom side...under "account settings" you will Click on "saved shipping addresses" then you type your address and click "verify address" button and your done :-)
