This shirt is size small. I changed the sleeves on this shirt to highlighter yellow ones. Now its funky and cool. I am a fashion designer and I plan to post some of my various projects on listia :)

is it childrens size small or adult?

Its pretty tiny, but its not short like a kids shirt. I would say its a women's small.
