huge 90 x 70 vintage 48 star american flag. some small holes due to age but it but this is a wonderful find. not a reproduction.

no i do not believe it was a casket flag but i have no way to tell. it was purchaed at an estate sale of antique dealers who were in business in the richmond, va area for over 60 years.

Sorry for so many questions, but can you tell me if the stars are sewn on individually? And the stripes ... are they sewn on individually? I don't believe this was a casket flag either. After some searching, I've found that casket flags measure 5' X 9.5'.
