Sorry... but the rules state that you cannot add conditions to the free shipping. So it's either.. shipping is free for this item or not. You cannot say that the bidders have to win on more than 1 of your auctions. Will you ship this for free or no?

SpontaneousMe- This is Canada central auction , I can't help here by changing the rules, in Listia as you know USA is default free shipping nation, and if I am not selecting that, and Int, option but clicking on Free shipping, that's not making it free for US bidders either. So you can't accuse me for that. Moreover this is free auction and you can own these stamps, just provide me your address via the auction page in case you are winning these stamps
