*The can does not have a plastic sealer strip around the cap.
I do not know if it was originally sold with one or not.
This is exactly how I obtained it.
I cannot be 100% positive that it has never been sprayed while in the store, But there seems to be plenty in the can.
Therefore, the starting bid is 0 credits
w/free shipping Bid what you think is fair even if it's only 1 credit :O)

Please Note:
The design art on the can is only a stick on decal and there is some slight bubbling to it on the front.
So I really wouldn't suggest giving this as a gift, Just use it on yourself for some fun!

I'm not really that concerned about the amount of credits ...
it's just that I really cannot afford the shipping fees at the moment so I placed a very fair flat rate shipping fee on the item.
I don't mind if it sells for 1 credit
i'm just trying to cover my packaging fees
being I'm new here and all..
