I have for you a pair of Tracy Evans Limited Size 3 Stretch Dress Pants. I assume they are junior size. And the Gap shirt is a size XL ( 12) I assume Junior Size as well. Both are NWT. Nice Top & Pants to wear to work or too Church. Shipping on this will be $2.75. Sorry i cant afford to ship this for free right now. So please dont ask for free shipping. If I havent heard from you within 7 days of the close of the auction & shipping cost hasnt been paid items will be relisted & credits wont be refunded. I dont refund credits for not reading or misreading my listing, not paying shipping cost, accidentally bidding, buyer's remorse, etc. I ship on Fridays.

Hi im confused about the size 3 pants is it a size 3 modern? What size should it fit women's 9?

I dont have any idea. But I dont think size 9 women's is close. These are for a tiny lady. The tag says stretch dress pants. Sorry I cant help more. All the tag says is size 3. I assume it means junior.
