hdmi Xbox 360 with 250 gig hard drive still works but the tray is getting hard to open and its missing the cover for the tray the box has been open to for a clean out as is comes with the xbox hard drive and power brick that's it

and the power brick the one part is black not gray is the the one that came with it or a replacment wire? dont matter to me i have a power brick and im sure the one in pic works
