yes, it doesnt go the whole way around, just underneath, but it is adjustable

I have been having some serious problems with my mail lately too! Maybe it's all the cut backs, who knows, sure is frustrating though. I recieved an empty envelope that was supposed to have 3 real gold rings just the other day, I don't know if I blame the seller for packaging them with no care at all or the post office for being so rough though. ugh.

I did find out that if the envelope is 1 of the bubble wrapped ones (Scott's) it doesnt go thru the machines & get ripped.

I mailed them & she rcv'd an empty pkg. The post office cant do anything cuz i didnt have it insured.

if you send jewery in a regular envolope without telling them what it is they run it through a machine and it rips the envolope, if you tell them they will put a none machine stamp on it and its handled only
