What year was this book printed? Does it have any case examples? And what type of "legal" information does it give?

Thank you! :-)

Product Description
"Written in clear, concise language without confusing legal jargon, Sack's book covers information that a woman needs not only before taking a job but also on the job and after leaving a job, whether due to resignation, firing or downsizing."
Women in Business

Many women are not aware of their legal rights, nor do they know how to use them effectively. Labor lawyer Steven Sack seeks to remedy this by providing practical strategies and timely tips for virtually any workplace situation. Regardless of occupation, salary level, or experience, this book serves as initial counsel to protect and advise women on issues such as:
- Equal Pay, Tips, and Wages
- COBRA rights
- Layoffs & Severance Packages
- Part-time Positions
- Sexual Harassment
- Sexual Discrimination
- Family Leave
- Disability
- Age Discrimination

Sack digests complicated court rulings and regulations into clear strategies presented in easy-to-read text. He includes checklists of suggestions and questions, sample letters, actual agreements, and documents used by employment lawyers, plus insightful comments and tips.

I think it is like having a comfortor. It simply makes you more comfortable to know....you have to produce your own body heat for it to work right....your own internal energy. It doesn't do the work for you....Make sense?

I feel I was a bit lax in not providing it before.I believe in having a respect for my bidders. If they take the time to read and ask questions, then they deserve an effective and reasonably thorough answer.
