Is it ok to send payment after you send the books or must it be before? And do you take payment by Paypal?

I'm asking because there are a lot of people (scammers) on Listia who receive shipping payment for their auctions but don't send the item. When the winners don't get their item, they can request a refund and get their credits back, but not their money. And since you're new to Lisita and don't have any seller feedback to let bidders know your trustworthiness...if I win, would it be ok for me to send you payment after you send me proof (tracking number) that you've sent it?
